Does anyone know where to obtain the correct steering column bearing for a 1967 non-tilt column. I purchased all items to fully restore the column and also purchased this bearing https://classicautomotiveltd.com/products/1964-1-2-1967-mustang-steering-column-tube-upper-bearing-daniel-carpenter?_pos=1&_sid=109a80373&_ss=rThis bearing measures 1 7/16" OD. and is too large to fit into the bore on the hub fitting.
I searched for some time yesterday I believe the correct part number is C4OZ-3517-A, no luck finding a source for this bearing.
For future reference for others, could you post a picture of the bearing, along with OD, ID, thickness, and any manufacturers markings. It may help others "down the road" -
