66 Mustang 289 fender emblems

Is it possible that c code car was built without the fender emblems being installed?

Would be highly unlikely and would not have made it past final QC line.

Can you imagine ordering a car, waiting a number of months for it to be built and delivered then find out that parts are missing off your car that you paid for??
