GT500 alternator brackets id
« on: May 02, 2021, 11:03:51 AM »
Hi,
Trying to find the correct alternator brackets for my 67 GT500. It is a early February, non A/C, non smog car. Any part numbers or pictures to ID these would be very appreciated. My search of this site did not come up with anything. All help is appreciated.

Dave

Dave,
There are drawings and part numbers in the 1967 Mustang Engine Assembly Manual (AM0157 pg56) that may be what you are looking for.

Looked and it seems I don't have a nice clear picture of a non-Thermactor bracket in my collection at this time. Was surprised there was not one or more on EBay

I will look this evening. I may have these brackets easily accessible, waiting to go on the motor. I will send pictures if I can find them.
