For 69 302ci with hydraulic or mechanical high performance camshafts.

Will fit other years:
64-65 260ci/289ci with the use of C9OZ-E retainers and .030 shims Ford p/n B3Q-A . 66-68 289ci/302ci with the use of C3OZ-A retainers for mechanical and C7AZ-A retainers for hydraulic . Not sure about 351ci engines, I didn t look.
