Correct Gloss Black Radiator Paint

what is the correct gloss level on a 69 Mustang radiator ? Thanks

It is kind of a trick question because the gloss black put on the radiator would dull down considerably after a number of heat cycles to more of a  semigloss.

As discussed in a number of threads a black lacquer paint was likely used that was on the glossy side which quickly flashed and dulled once the car was started and driven

Seen owners/builders use it successfully. Keep the paint thickness to a minimal. Cools better that way
