There were both a Bracket and a Clip used to hold the hoses. The first attachment is from the 1966 Electrical Assembly Manual. The Clip goes on the metal tube portion of the high pressure (smallest) hose. The Clip is noted as Standard Part # 374998. I have attached a copy from a Ford Standard and Utility Parts Catalog showing a detail of this Clip. The Bracket is shown as Engineering (not Service) Part Number C6ZA-19812-A.
The next attachment is from the Ford Master Parts Catalog, 1960-68. Note first that Standard Part 374998 is shown here for Fairlanes and Falcons, and that another Standard Part (357949) is shown for Mustangs. What one must remember is that the Assembly Manuals were to be used at the Factory when the car was being built, and the Master Parts Catalogs were generally oriented to Service Parts, available via the Dealers' Parts Counters. That being said, note the "Stars" shown by both the Hose Bracket (general Part #19812), and by 374998. The "Star" signifies that this part was not available as a Service Part ; ie only at the Factory when the car was built.
I have also attached a detail of Standard Part 357946 for information. Note that 357946 notes that the part is rubber coated, while 374998 appears to have a plastic/ vinyl sleeve on it, much like the picture I have attached of a wiring clip. As a matter of interest here, is that a high pressure line that got from a donor 66 to replace the one on mine which had burned, was the rubber coated 357946 one (pictures attached). Also, I do not know of anyone who sells a reproduction 19812 Bracket.
Finally, It is possible that the Dealer installed 1966 A/C used a different Bracket (or possibly none), but I have not found a copy of the Dealer Instructions that I thought I had. Possibly someone has this so we can see what was *or was not) used.
Hope this helps some.
