69 Mustang dash pad worth restoring
« on: November 08, 2020, 01:37:20 PM »
I have a black 69 Mustang dash pad with a few bumps, bruises, and tears.  While no chunks are missing, it would cost me quite a bit to have it professionally repaired.  In my experience it is usually a wash or a bit better in terms of getting my money back when I sell the part.  In this case, what would be a fair price for a ready to bolt in repaired OEM dash pad, one that is done well enough that you can't tell it has been repaired?  Thanks in advance. They have a huge gallery showcasing their work.
This custom pad sure beats looking down at console gauges.
Keep your eyes up, drive safe.
If I was going to go custom though, I would set my original cluster aside and use this aftermarket one with everything in it so no need to alter the pad.

So much wasted space in the factory cluster, makes you wonder why they just didn't do it this way instead of producing a hood tach or console gauges.
