Wipers to park position
« on: October 10, 2020, 01:42:23 PM »
My wipers won't park.  I have a 2 speed motor and switch.  I want to adjust the park switch but the arms never go that far down to see if the switch is adjusted correctly.  Advice??

please tell us what year you are working on. suggest you add the car info to your signature to keep from being repeatedly asked this info.

I recommend getting in the habit of looking at the forum location.  This is clearly in the 1966 area.  I was in the same boat as you until someone pointed it out.   In some cases it is not enough, but in some like this it should suffice.  John

John, thanks for defending me.  If it's in the 66 heading, it seems obvious to me that it is a 66.  I have found and repaired the problem.  Thanks to you all.

To help others in the future that might have the same problem: what did you find that was the problem?

The green wires and the ground to the park switch were not making good contact.
