Driveshaft Install Problem

I am trying to reinstall the original driveshaft and am having an issue.
Everything has been rebuilt and is completely stock. The only difference is I'm using a repo yoke I purchased from Dead Nuts On instead of my original.
(My original had vise scarring on the shaft) I used the factory style U-Joints (also form Dead Nuts On)

As far as I can tell the yoke slides easily into the tranny. The car is sitting on all four tires.
The driveshaft appears to now be about 1/2" too long???
Does anyone have any ideas/advice as to what could be going on? I can't see where anything would have shifted.

There was an issue with some reproductions not having the splines machined to the correct depth.  It was noted on another forum as well.
Hopefully you can get Jack to return your call in quick fashion. He does things in his own time has been my experience.

Got her in! Parts were fine. Installer is an idiot  ;D!

I decided to "gently" use a pry bar between the differential yoke and the driveshaft to force the driveshaft forward into the transmission more. It hesitated just a bit then popped forward another inch. All went smoothly after that!

Make sure it can freely slide in and out. If you have to force it out there is still a problem.  Make sure someone didn't leave a foam plug or something in it either.
