I am looking for a C4OE-8505-A aluminium water pump for my July 64 D-code. Could be in very good condition. I would have already a rebuild kit and a Boss 302 impeller from Dead Nutson, if it has to be rebuild.

I think only the C5AE-8505-D would fit because of my AC System (top, right boss was lowered among Bob Mannels book). But thanks!

A reference point from the MPC.  Unless there is an error (which does happen), it is good from a service perspective on what would happen in 1968 in this case.  The other warning is that it does not always represent what was done at the factory.

I only asked because there was talk about a C5 waterpump working  "I think only the C5AE-8505-D would fit because of my AC System ". The C4 waterpump has different height threaded boss compared to the C5 waterpumps which were for alternator cars. Alt or generator bracket hieght are different between the two.
