I understand that the 1967 trunk mats had some stitching work done on the back part near the rear seat. Is this also true for 1968 trunk mats? Does anyone have an original 68 trunk mat they can post photos of.... mine came with the speckled pattern.

I have never seen the speckled gray or solid gray felt mats stitched like the 67.

+1  I have a plaid cloth mat the came out of a 68 with stiched corners but all the speckled/gray ones were not stiched

+1 on the plaid (must be the same supplier as in 67 I would guess) being stitched and the others (speckled and junky felt ) not being done

Checked but I don't have any nice pictures of the speckled 68 mats to share
