1968 San Jose GT 390 Spare Tire Mounting

Just checking to confirm as the fastener spread sheet shows the finish as zinc. Mine looked like it was most likely phosphate but I don't know if it is original to my car. FYI I vapour blasted it after media blasting it and there was no platting, unless it wore off over the years.

IMHO both were zinc plated.
