Just curious what the Extra Cooling Package refers to on my Marti Report. Is that a heavy duty rad?

It means that your car had the clamp in type 24" three core radiator with shroud and the C8OE-B Clutch Fan. Which is a blessing because all of those parts are available as decent reproductions and reasonably common (but not cheap!) if you desire originals.

The radiator and typically a different fan with a fan clutch.
The radiator and typically a different fan with a fan clutch on retrospect is more smallblock inclusive then needed given the title . The non extra cooling package 390 would still have the same fan , fan clutch and fan shroud . The only thing different on a 390 extra cooling package that I can think of that is the different radiator. The Radiator although the same frame size n a 390 would have a different number of cores that had a different number of  fins per inch for the extra cooling package.

And in turn a different identification number ;)

Are fins per inch listed anywhere for 68 applications I have seen them listed in the 69 shop manual but not in a 68 manual.

ThankS Royce. I picked up a Hayden fan, but I suspect that it is not correct. so I will try to source a correct one along with the rad, as my rad looks correct, but is a early service replacement like several other parts on my car

WCCC reproduces the C8OE-B fans. The fan clutch is also available as a very correct looking reproduction, or there is a Hayden replacement. See the 428cobrajet.com site for more info.
