Thanks

I joined this site in 2015 after purchasing my first Vintage Mustang. It was worn out and still pretty original. I had no intentions but to just drive it and enjoy it. It all started with purchasing an original non working radio and then I found this site. Through suggestions, tips and parts sourced from members here I was able to slowly restore my 66 to like showroom condition one project at a time. Though I didn't do a full blown restoration everything came together very nicely. In the end this October I took on the Hershey PA AACA national show for the first time. Ive attended many times but never felt I should try to compete. In the end I drove off the field with a National First Place. This site and its members are really an extremely valuable asset and I look forward to restoring my next one to even higher standards... Though I'm in the middle of a 49 Hudson at the moment. Hopefully that day will come soon for a 65 Mustang. So thanks again to everyone.

Try Coker Tires https://www.cokertire.com/ They make a lot of older bias ply tires from the manufacturers' original molds. I got a set of Dual Redlines for my 66 GT Fastback.
