Phoenician and springtime yellow
« on: October 15, 2019, 03:58:37 PM »
Does anyone have original paint chips or know if there is much of a difference between Phoenician yellow and springtime yellow. The paint on my 66 appears to be closer to the Phoenician on our 64 galaxie. I’m wondering if when it was sprayed before I obtained it they used the older code as it’s a little lighter than quarts I’ve had made up in the past

In order of more "yellow", Phoenician, Meadowlark, Springtime, Sunlight.

You have access to these in the Library under 65 Mustang - then Paint clips article is part way down the page ;)

They are Two completely different Yellows

Springtime Yellow is certainly the much better color of the two.  (It looks like a Cream Yellow...Very Nice..) Loving it...

Phoenician Yellow....Well...If you pick it, You'd better like the color of Sesame Street's "Big Bird"......lol...
