67 San Jose Undercarriage
« on: April 01, 2019, 09:10:22 PM »
Following in the pattern of the 65 San Jose, 66 San Jose and 69 Dearborn Undercarriage Guides I've posted in the past I just posted one for 67 San Jose Mustang and Shelby in the appropriate sections of the Library for review and member use. Hope others find the information useful in their endeavored with their cars and projects.

Thanks! That is awesome! I was hoping you'd get it done before my final assembly.

Ok, is it  just me? I can’t see it in the Library. May a link would help the blind followers.

Excellent stuff, Jeff.
Weather and the availability of my painter have stalled my paint, but I'm just about ready to do the trunk and mask off the car to do the floor pan color overspray and black out.

I really wondered how much gray primer would be under color (on the floor pan) and see this guide has answered this and a few other questions.

Again, thanks for putting this together. It will be an immense help!

Great information and write up Jeff this will help many looking for this info needed at this part of a restoration. Im going to guess that more SJ car owners look for this type of info is there any plans to try to put this together for Metuchen or Dearborn ?

Eventually. Have been approached for information like this for about 20 years so started putting together guides for the ones being required after getting tired of answering the questions and providing pictures over and over. Just easier. So these have been floating around for a fair amount of time. Finally thought they were complete enough to release on a wider scale and again for the highest demand. basically those years and plants where we have Mustangs, Shelby and Boss cars being built at the same plants. Next focus will be on 68 NJ to cover the Mustangs and Shelby's. Others that focus on that year and plant have offered support and help in getting that as close as we possibly can. Always the goal but they never seem to be completely done. The help is very much appreciated.

Until we get to other years and plants we can still focus threads on particular areas and address questions here as we have done in the past.

Thanks for all the kind comments.
