What is the correct finish for 1965 V8 spindles?  Build date 11/10/1964.  Thanks!

It is the same for the other year spindles . It is a medium gray heat treated steel finish . Some describe it as a blueish gray. If you have a metal shop close by you can pick up a small scrap sample to hold in your hand to go by. Someones that is better then trying to match from a monitor which may give false color hues.
