Remote mirror
« on: January 02, 2019, 02:54:24 PM »
Hi guys. Installing the new left remote mirror on this '66 convertible. The left side came with a template for drilling the holes, but not the right side mirror. Is it simply a matter of flipping the template over, or are they in a different location from side to side for driver vision?

                         Thanks,  Pete.

The RH one would normally be a dealer item.  Flipping the template should be fine.  The main thing is to make sure the wing window opens without interference by the mirror.

++1  Get a helper and sit in the seat while they test fit it before you drill unless you doing it just for looks
