Shelby used a loose wire and tape system for joining the Ford taillight harness to the Shelby taillight harness on early 67 cars. Mid year cars started using blue-stripe, semi-transparent butt connectors on the taillights. Late cars used standard blue connectors.
This sale applies to the blue stripe, semi-transparent onnectors.
Please do your own research to determine which system your car requires.
The blue line type requires two on the left and two on the right.
Cars with outboards also used these connectors on the horn wires to lengthen them. Two total.
I have found a really close example of these connectors for my use and wish to sell the remainder. The manufacturer needed a small, bulk order.
Please note that the original connectors had two blue lines on the connector. These have three. When installed it is very difficult to notice as you can only see one line clearly and just a bit of the next.
It is the closest I've seen to this obsolete connector.
I am selling these for what I have into them. The cost outlined below is enough to recoup my cost on the connectors -- bloody expensive for a butt connector --- plus padded envelope and postage. My profit wouldn't get my Diesel F-250 to the post office and back.
