too many variables to make a guess..........if a running/driving car then i'd suggest taking it to a local place that has truck scales. you'll know for sure then.

some states require curb weight when registering the car so someones out there should know without actually weighing it.

AMA for 1969 Mustang has this information: 3229 lbs for fastback; add 114 or 149 if 2v or 4V, add 75 for AC.  Here's the link:https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015071664166

Every car is going to be different, if only slightly,  especially a Mach I since there was additional sound deadener application.  Easiest thing might be to just take it down and weigh it.  Pretty quick and easy process

One of my local metal recycling shop has a weighing scale that you drive on when you arrive and when you depart.  Simply ask the management for a car weight only and see what they say.  My other recycling shop uses bins for scrap metal and won't weigh a vehicle; I like them better because their prices are better!  Whatever you do, don't accept any offers of scrap value for the car!

Got it all taken care of. thank you all for your input. My DMV settled on 3,253 weight as per other cars in their computer. Car is not running at the moment so weighing it was not a convenient option.
