69 Jack date codes

After being schooled (in more ways than one) by the Library=>[64 1/2-70] Mustang=>Article List => Anghel Jack PDF I've been finding a jack or two.

I was surprised to find a Mustang jack at my local old car pick 'n pull. Ok, I had to go through a heaping 4'x4'x2' metal tub of jacks, but I found a style of date I haven't seen.

It was marked 9G28. I haven't seen the day of month before, but I've been diving into 67s lately which don't offer days (so far as I've seen).

Is this unique to certain years? It's an R/H.

May be unique to a specific supplier or sub contractor that provided for one model  or more.

Was the stamp on the arm?

Yes, in the same location as other jacks I have or have seen.
