Different hinges, tension rod and fasteners for 65 deck lid.

The yellow one is on an unrestored 65 GT.  The red one is from a well stripped out fastback with no warranty plate.  Was this change a running date change to all assembly plants or unique to certain plants?  What was the approximate date change if that applied?
