I was surprised by this. Wonder what it does to the value of originals?

I heard it was a Australian made pump. The inlet nipple seems to be pushed in too far and it is not zinc dichromate like original however that can be hard to see once installed. Glad to see a alternative.

I think he restamps rebuilt original pumps.

Looking at that area it appears the threaded inlet was welded up and re - drilled to accept the press in style. The area where the word Carter appears looks like it was machined to get rid of the word CARbuReTER. I wonder are these three valve high performance pumps or are they two valve? They do look decent enough from a few feet away I think they would pass for the real deal.

I saw them at West Coast Classic Cougar in their online catalog. You can specify what date code you want.

Yes think its not a reproduction but a restamped fuel pump. They have been available for a number of years and of course like most things restored the final product will depend on the condition of the core they start with, This was sometimes an issue when Max use to restore things like alternators and voltage regulators. Since these have been around for a while I've not noticed any impact on the value of original fuel pumps at least the restamped early Hipo versions
