Chris have a fair number of these markings (drivelines tend to be the most difficult) collected and cataloged Though posting all of it will likely lead others with different cars and applications to copy - the result is just more paint mark migration
In general the number on the side of the case is one of two numbers typically found. May be one of two assemblers or one assembler and one inspector. The mark on the bottom of the case is a bit unusual. May just be the rare case of the writer applying it in a untypical location just on this car
The yellow on the rear end yoke is pretty typical. Ford had a problem with driveline imbalance in 65, mechanics reinstalling drivelines differently than they came out of the car resulting in complaints and do overs so they started marking one ear of both driveline and yoke with yellow spray paint
