1965 code 22 medium blue poly

Does any one know the formula to get this color correct.
My local paint supplier has tried 3 times and has failed all 3 times .
They have even scanned the color from an original interior panel.

OK does anyone know where to get a quart of this color
npd claims to have the correct color in ppg  lacquer spray can but not quarts

Have you tried Auto Color Library/TCP Global that has been mentioned in a number of prior threads?

No connections to the company. I see that the state finally got after them for shipping certain paints (most) to instate customers. They are located in SoCal ::)

Check 1966 Ford pages also

Went through the process and they offer most types in paint (enamel, lacquer, urethane and urethane base coats) in gallons and quarts

I ordered my spray cans from another vendor, when I ran out I ordered a van from. NPD, it was an exact match to exsisting color found under dash and column strap.  So I would go NPD.  Of course if you want to have it in quarts...

tried the npd stuff it was not correct.
color library said they could make it for $107 per qt plus shipping but they don't show a sample and id did not want to spend that much and have it still be wrong.

Hi KB 65. I re did my interior with a full resto 2 years ago. I have #22 interior code, Aug.64.
My painter did an incredible job and matched the paint perfectly. He used PPG Acrylic 3852 base and a flat clear.
It was the same as ford used in later years as well.
