Re-visiting the replies on the hardware finishes of fuel line/brake line items pictured below.

I found some dull remnants and even some brighter remnants of zinc plating.

The "3" clip also appears to be a green drab ( difficult to make out in the photograph)

I have only seen the "3" clip a bare spring steel (like gun blueing) and have seen a more then a few on survivor cars. With that said I have never seen one brand new. Olive drab is a possibility because I have seen other spring items like fuel line clips olive drab .

Mine was "preserved" in caking of grease build-up and after taking it out to the sunlight, and a bit more light scotch-bright cleaning, clearly an olive drab color coating. Indoor florescent lighting, it looks a bit brownish-color. Not at all the spring-steel look I was expecting (like gun-blueing)

I'll have to see what condition the ones I've got sitting in the organizer are when I get out to the trailer.

Did find another version at another location  (holding both brake lines together) on a late 67. Will post later as I need to resize and crop the picture. Maybe I'll start a Late 67 Disc ......... thread so this one doesn't get even more confusing ;)

I agree on the olive drab.
This thing is hard to photograph and get the right color, so I took it outside and put in on the deck railing next to moss (accidentally). This was taken at 4:30 PM so it's not sun washed.
I can clean up the other one under the parts car if the situation warrants.

Still wonder what the right clip is at the master -- the extended 3 clip?

Wonder? Finish, location, shape, measurements?

In this pic is the small 3 and a much larger 3.

Are either of these used at the master?

The one on the right is the unequal one for brake to fuel line. The one on the left is the equal version that is meant to hold the brake lines together or apart - depending on how you look at things. It appears to match the one in the picture I posted of the one by the master cylinder  on 67's

Thanks for the confirmation, Jeff.

Getting the RV ready for the Portland Swap meet this weekend where I hope to snag a few things.
It will probably rain, so I hope this dissuades others from coming out!

"Probably rain"  ya like that's something new at that location.  Some of my best parts finds at that one were found in mud puddles. Good luck with the hunt.

AMK has one they supply with a kit or  a pair by themselves.

Brake line kit for early V-8 fastback & coupe (one piece fuel line) is 67Z-BF81 The finishes within the kit look to be very accurate when compared with my original hardware (using web images, so hoping it is true). I ordered one of these kits and plan to report back on accuracy.

The larger "3" clip as mentioned,  is also available by itself as a pair (plain steel) AMK item B-10328 page 149

That looks like all the small parts I have except for the large '3' clips and them missing the small '3' clip.

The Assy Manual says S8 zinc on fuel line hold downs ... As does my car.

The kit is better than trying to finish my existing parts!

Motorcity Musclecar has what looks to be the AMK kit on eBay presently for $38 + shipping of $5.75 so for me it was a no-brainer.  AMK has the kit in their 2014 catalog for the same $38. AMK raised prices a year or two back so

From 67 PB  applications - There is one located up by the master cylinder that holds the front and rear feed lines apart.

7R115xxx

7R211xxx

OK, it seems I may have now found a replacement large "3" clip for the lines near the master cylinder. I have also noticed now that the OTHER THREAD for late 67 has been started for discussion (circa after February 1st change-over date), that Jeff posted this one image of the later car from the other thread.

1st question: From these two images (above), it would then be assumed that the EARLY & LATE cars ALL used the same larger "3" near the master cylinder. Is this an accurate assumption?

2nd question: Since the smaller "3" clip found about 5-inches back on the straight section in the trans/driveline runner has been found to be olive drab on at least 2 examples, perhaps the larger "3" clip is also olive drab?

3rd question: Refer to image below with a 2nd LARGE "3" clip found on a later car (notice brake line is under the column, thus late production), I could also assume this 2nd larger "3" WOULD NOT BE FOUND ON EARLY CARS, is that a correct assumption?
