Nice car.  Too bad there's been a lot of touch-up/repaint and parts replacement in the engine bay.

A really nice car -- but if you really (?) need to run wires up front, YELLOW?

Yes that engine compartment has seen some attention

Price isn't cheap

Also like when owners throw the "special order" term around ::)

The first unit number (5F08F100001) in the Ford museum is waaay more original.

+1. The credibility of the seller seems to be in question given the differences between some of the description and the reality that the pictures show.

Yeah, lots of repro service parts in the engine bay and probably a total engine and components repaint.

Can only wonder what the undercarriage looks like.  Hopefully it's not wrought with repro parts.

There are a good amount of photos of the undercarriage on his website.

Other than the shocks and exhaust being replaced, looks mostly original (and dirty/greasy)

Obviously the exhaust is new. It shouldn't have the resonater on there, correct?

Right, too early for a resonator

Based on other work done to the car, wouldn't expect them to know details like that.

Just out of curiosity when did the resonators start to appear?

The date is listed in the MPC, somewhere around Oct/Nov '64 if I remember right.  Believe we have discussed before here.
