I'm searching for a couple of Motorcraft/Autolite FORD paper tags (blanc).

See example.

Does anyone know where to get them?

Well, they stated 10 tags at $55, that makes $5.50 for each one. All depends on your interest in them.
Some vendors sells stickers much expensive than that.
