Topic: Wiper motor ground wire

I am assuming that the wire attached to the wipe motor is a ground wire but where does it connect to the car? it's a March 70, car.

front of cowl  is a grounding hole.

Red arrow is the mounting screw for the bracket (someone must have placed what was left of the ground wire there so not to lose it)

Green arrow is the grounding wire - goes to a separate grounding location on the face of the cowl

For a 69 NJ car the wiper mount bolt in the visible cowl looks to be P&O while the ground wire screw appears to be the typical zinc dichromate that we often see associated with electrical applications of this type

Example picture E7 in the link below. Type of screw and washer may have changed during 69 NJ production as I found a different style used late in the year but that detail  does not relate to your car
