The Important Cooling System is protected for -35F decal, where was that found on original cars out of SJ around Oct of 64?  Or was this decal never on the car?

I chose to leave it off of my restored projected December 1965 Dearborn build as there seems to be no consensus as to if this decal was ever used at least for my projected build date. I also have an original October 1965 Metuchen unrestored car. It has no evidence of a decal on the radiator support, but 50+ years is a long time.....

I've not found those decals being used on cars around your build period and plant.

Does anyone know when, where and if that decal was being used? I left it off of my 66 NJ since not finding any evidence of them being used.
