In this case the car assembly plant doesn't matter since the engines were painted at the engine plant so year and size of engine are the determining factors. I see you asked a similar question in Jan of this year
So basically the same paint as listed in all the prior threads about engine blue. Only thing new is that its become impossible or near impossible to get the paint in PPG any longer but many have found that their paint shops have been able to mix it in a catalyzed acrylic enamel and they have been very happy with those results
One note - don't forget the flattener added to the paint and don't apply a ton of paint or you'll end up with an engine that looks like it was dipped in blue plastic. Great for a World of Wheels sort of car show but no where near what we're looking for in a restoration
