I guess the bypass hose has been replaced (not painted black with the block)?
I understand the hinges are supposed to be painted black yet the hinge springs seem to be rusty? I can only assume they were assembled then painted together, but curious how they rusted up over time and yet the air cleaner decal is still present and lasted.
Is there any rhyme or reason as to what cars came equipped with the down draft tube/ closed valve covers? My June 64' coupe has the downdraft pipe and front timing cover oil fill.
