I would guess that the -4 is 4-ply tire.  So you need a 7.35 X 14 tire and the original would have been 4-ply.

That is the size  7.35 x 14 inch.  Standard sizing before we started using the P metric system

And agreed the -4 would be the 4 ply design.  At least rated at 4 ply - sometimes there were able to get around the regulations and get 2 ply rated as 4 ply

Likely 4 layers of nylon if I recall correctly

No you should be able to find narrower tires

I see that 6.95 x 14 white walls are available from Kelsey

There are 7.00 x 14 white walls also but they have a odd pie edge to them

Coker has
- Firestone Bias Ply | Pie Crust | Narrow Whitewall 7.75 x 14
- various narrow white wall US Royal and Goodrich 6.95 & 7.75 x 14's

- If you want a modern tire they have a Maxxis Radial | Narrow Whitewall 225/75Rx14

Mike the tire you are asking about, 7.35x14, was used for the 1968 390 V8 cars.  Tire sizes for the 1969 cars were a different size and used a different designation.   To be clear; are you doing a 68 or 69 car and what level of restoration are you trying to achieve  or are you just looking for a tire that will fit ?   Brian

A modern, good, cheap radial is the Uniroyal Tiger Paw AWP II.
Nice whitewall, I have them on one of my cars.
US Royal and Dominion Royal both became Uniroyal in 1966.
Since it's a name that existed when your car was built, it's a reasonable replacement.
I mean at least it's in the ballpark unlike some Korean tire.
The Coker option is fine for a car that gets pushed on and off a trailer, but bias ply tires are lousy to drive on.
Real money for those Coker tires too.
I don't know how I didn't die back in the day ripping around on bias ply tires with drum brake big block cars.
If you're okay with Motorcraft parts on your car, then I'd say the Uniroyal's are a good choice, but if you want all Autolite, then Coker bias ply it is I guess.

Given the site its important to keep the focus on the goal.   

I've always enjoyed the feel of bias plys on a vintage car. If I need performance tires then I need performance suspension, injection and mods.  But of course then we have a completely different car.

I have the standard whells standing too my 1969 and i have. Been seen that there Are some difference On some of Them around the bolt holes  . Wich one of Them is the Right too my 1969

That loose lug nuts reamed out rim is riveted construction and I think they were welded construction by 69.
There should be three nubs to secure the poverty caps.
I think they had "Ford" stamped in them by 69 instead of the earlier "FoMoCo".
Look for some date codes around the valve stem.

i find a number, its not soo easy too see. i think there standing 12 G  3.  i also find some color markings

Now that you posted some pictures let me see if I can help

1- First the four nub center would be correct for your 69. The change from three to four came between the 67 and 68 production years.

2- The red paint mark was the factory marking in 69 for a 14 x 6 steel rim. This was the same design as used in 68
