I would say that's a Romanian plate.

Romania, wow!  I didn't see an official organized Mustang club representing Romania in the MCA website.  Probably not many Mustangs in Romania.

Well if it is Romania believe its our first member - welcome.

MCA doesn't cover allot of the world (doesn't have complete coverage even of the US)  but would guess that there is not a local Mustang club but have been surprised in the past with all cars and owners that turn up in the most unexpected parts of the globe
