Are you referring to the harness itself? Yes, there is a cloth wrapping. Did you need a picture of the type of wrap they employed?

Were the tail light wires covered? Am I correct they were just oriented by the inner wheel house.

Along the undersides of the drivers side quarter panel from the end cap/quarter extension attachment panel to over the wheel housing the wiring is covered with a woven/basket weave covering (multi colored)  and is held in place by a couple of  metal extensions/tabs welded to the bottom of the trunk lip on that side

The gas tank sending unit wire meets the loom up in the general area over the back half of the wheel housing

This covering protects the wires and keeps them together all the way forward to about the drivers side A pillar and back to the passenger taillight

Yes there are but can't recommend since I've not personally used any of them. Think the multicolor weaving is a challenge for many of these services (re-wrapping) as many are monotone.

Sure some others will comment with their experiences

Try Rhode Island Wiring http://www.riwire.com/ They specialize in older automotive wiring (a friend has a 53 Plymouth Cranbrook Convertible with their wiring harnesses for the complete car). I've bought parts and materials from them as well. No guarantees, by worth a try.
