Like most repro 69/70 parts, these are copied from 70 parts
The stainless steel glass trim that holds the weatherstrip that seals against the flipper window catches on the horizontal weatherstrip every time the window rolls up
When the damage it caused came to light, the horizontal weatherstrip was redesigned with a plastic finger guide to steer the window clear of catching when rolling up

The outer weatherstrip just snaps in, might be a Phillips screw at each end or one end, can't remember offhand.
If there's a hole in the weatherstrip that's for a screw.
The inner weatherstrip staples to the door panel.
Some repro weatherstrips have the pre-drilled staple holes, some don't.
Easy to just line up the original staple holes in the door panel and push new staples thru and fold over.

Yup there's a screw at the back edge for the outer weatherstrip.
Start watching at 7 minutes.

I checked the two NOS D0ZZ originals I have that have never been installed
They have 9 attaching clips and one screw hole each
A 69 door has 10 slots but with the 70 weather strips one clip is deleted for the riveted on plastic guide finger so only 9 slots receive clips
My door is absent the original 69 weather strips but the screw is threaded in each door
It's a countersink Phillips sheet metal screw that's flat, no dome to the head
I've been OCD about original hardware since day one so I know they're correct
I always reinstall fasteners every time after removing a part
