Does your G1 have 12 fins per inch? I found this chart which I believe explains the difference between G1 and Y1 radiators.

I have a beat up 66 hard copy of a manual that appears to identical but it doesn't have that radiator chart but instead has every fan belt, radiator cap and thermostat application.

So I'm TOTALLY confused now, what am I looking for to be correct for my 11-08-65 SAN JOSE built Hipo, manual trans. WM O on tank with soldered tag? sept , oct or nov date?

Looking at other K codes built around the same time as your I would choose the Oct dated if you had a choice

My friend who has a shop found a C4ZE S2 radiator in his shop. Had a 5-64 date code and no holes for transmission cooling lines

Here is my big question on 6-cylinder radiators...

Has anyone verified a factory DEP or NON W-MO (Western Modine) radiator in a 1964-1/2 - 1965 production 6-Cylinder?

Not so much verified since I'm looking at pictures and can't go take another look. But I do have a group of unrestored 65 Dearborn 6 cylinders all with the same top tank, Flat space with nothing in it and the square (sort of) corner straps

Here is some 6 cyl., 64-1/2 info.  Dad picked this up on April 18,1964 in Bristow, OK

I will add that the car was in a front accident in 1967 or so, but I don't believe the radiator was damaged.  I think that's the original...as best as I can tell.
