68 shock cover bolt direction - Dearborn?

Hi ,

Wich side the 68 shock cover bolt go ? I think in 68 the change the direction of the bolt for a rust problem . Head of the bolt go outside the engine bay ?

I think this question has been post up previously. I think there is a variation between 67 & 68 . Also  different plants.
67 C code Metuchen, May "67" build 289 C4

68 is plant thing. Typically NJ nut on inside, SJ, Dearborn nut outside

So my car its a deaborn plant. So the head of the bolt suppose to be inside the engine bay ?
