What application would the following radiator codes be for?  I've seen M2, Y2, and Z2 but what about:

F2
U2
D2

If referring to C4ZE Don't forget about the infamous G2 . The C4ZE U2 is 6cyl maybe others are too . if C7 or C8 prefix then the applications could be V8

Have seen a

D2 in a 65 & 66 T code
U2 incorrectly in a late 66 C code (4 64 date) so don't know where it came from

But do have a sighting of a

B2 in an early 65 San Jose F code  (C4ZE-B2   6 64)
B2 in a 65 San Jose T code  (C6ZE-B2  on a tag with  11 65 )

Fine, all well, and good - not. How about a definitive chart: years; plants; engines; options; radiator part numbers. That's all that really matters.

I didn't know that! I thought DEP was the suppliers actual name Like DEP inc or something.

If a 4 speed then G2 would be typical for that time frame.

It should be noted that the code would not be on a metal tag like picture of Marti book on a 65 SJ car but instead the code was made into the radiator top tank (pressed in). The metal tags did not come into use until early 66 production at SJ.

According to my collection of data your car falls into the change over period and unfortunately don't have any current examples real close to yours.

Have a bunch of G2 radiators made (dated) in Feb 65 and the last Y2 I have records for is dated Dec 64.

Other non K code Mustangs with projected build dates like yours I have Dec 64 and Jan 65 radiators recorded for them
