That is not a 67 crossmember . The 67 one does not have the large notch.

He has a clone, so the long/short adjustment notch isn't relevant being the members are exactly the same otherwise.

Only relevant to the specific request and heading of the thread I suppose  -  " WTB: 67 crossmember " .  Now that the difference is known he and those that my be reading can make the informed choice that makes the most sense for them.

I wouldn't have said anything, but he did mention he was building a clone in a previous thread.  I have a '68 member for the four speed vehicles. For some strange reason it is long slotted. I assume it's because of the six cylinder application as well. My original '67 four speed mount is short-slotted.

There are two original 1967 FE 4 speed members on Ebay now if you're still looking. I believe one was 279.00 and the other 335.00.

Thanks, I did see those. The one has an 8L date on it if I remember so would that not be a 68?

8L would be in 69 production year.  A picture was posted of the 67/68 style and the link before that is of a 69/70 style. You can compare the two and see the cutout contour differences on the side so that you can distinguish the difference.  It would best to be specific on what you want for best results . Date code correct? 67/68 style? It doesn't matter what style or date code just something that will work.
