   I was wondering what the correct finish would be for a rearend  third member snubber plate for a 65-66 Hipo Mustang? I've seen natural and black. Thanks

I don't see any pictures right now on my computer to post (probably someone else may chime in), but see how the '65 style has asymmetrical "steps?"  The '66 style is symmetrical.  The right side looks like the left side.  Am I making any sense?

Hey Brant,
             I'm reading you loud and clear.I'm holding the one I just bought and it is more symmetrical than yours. So ,I got lucky(I didn't realize they were different?).I needed one for a 66,and that's what I have.If I can figure it out I'll try to take and post a photo later,if anyone wants me to?

I guess that there is always a chance, but I have seen the 65 style on cars built around July 65.

I definately have the 66 style bracket but the 65 style diff housing.....
How difficult would it be do you think to find the 65 style bracket?

It may not be too difficult to find one.  You may want to put a wanted ad over on the HiPo forum.
