Topic: Are the lift hooks on a 69 gt350 a different color than the engine ?

I'm looking at some pictures that Jeff posted of the engine and it appears the lift hooks are a different color ?
If so what color should they be ?
It kinda looks like the lighter blue used on newer engines.

I've always seen them a different color - believe they were painted by the supplier before they were sent to Ford (reason for the mismatch)

They look like the same color as those on Boss 429's , same supplier ?

Pretty likely IMHO that Ford would use the same supplier(s)
