Given your location, it might be easier for an experienced tubing bender to make a very close reproduction set, right in town where you live.
Assuming ONLY the radiator connections have been modified (would need to see other pictures of this detail) you could use the rear halves as a template, then
print pictures of what Jeff posted, carefully remove what you have without bending them, (at least you are a straight six engine, a little easier than other engine options) and assure you have (or obtain) the correct radiator fittings to do that end correctly. Those fittings on the radiator are more or less "Ford specific", not as universal as the other end that connects to the transmission. Once you have the correct fittings and a person who has a tubing bender tool, a couple of sticks of 5/16" steel tubing is all you would need. Rolled tubing is another option & is easier for shipping but straightening out rolled tubing is not too fun.
