Topic: Trying to identify correct engine bay parts

Hello all,

Would like to ask if could be possible, (with the help of judges or others) to send images of my engine bay to determine the most accuracy possible of my engine bay. I could send specific pictures of my engines bay as you can require to know if my car is accurate to original, and in case, do the necessary mods to bring it to original.
If this works, then I could send other pics from different parts of the car to verify it.
This is because it's close to impossible to bring my car to any Mustang Concours.!
Just wanted to know if this could be a possibility...

Just off the bat:

heater hoses should be black and ribbed with a white stripe
battery cables incorrect
radiator is a replacement.  San Jose car should have W-MO and date stamped into top
radiator hoses
clamps on radiator hoses should be stapled I believe, not worm style. 
fan shouldn't be blue
battery hold down incorrect along with battery
oil filter should be double ribbed. Either red rotunda or painted blue to match engine

Hi Chris, thanks for your information.
Think I can get some of these parts and easily change them. Others, maybe not so easy and difficult work.
Battery, for instance, is no way to get it here. Radiator I know was replaced. Red Rotunda oil filter think arrives tomorrow or so, along with some missing stickers I still need.
But I have taken note and will look for correct replacements as clamps, hoses, bat cables...
Battery hold down.? Have to look for what's that, sorry.!
Btw, which place do you recommend me to go for..? CJ Pony parts..? Others..?

Regarding battery, I do have an Autolite cover, but the actual battery doesn't fits the cover, so I have to find a battery that allows me to put the Autolite cover on top.

Just a few

- Believe that the radiator hose clamps were the tower style unlike the V8 style which used the new Pat Pending stapled wire clamps that year

- Transition from engine compartment black and body color

- surface rust

- Wire tyes and worm clamp on fuel line

- Any staples holding the radiator seal

- Inner fender bolts appear to be painted

- Condition and color of battery cables & solenoid. Stater cable plastic cover

- Painted fender bolts and hood bumpers

- Painted fan spacer and as mentioned the blue fan

- Clear radiator overflow hose. Paper labels on radiator hoses

- Air cleaner Ford replacement parts sticker.

- Automatic lower radiator hose short flexible lines and clamps plus radiator cap

- Battery hold down

- Pertonix ignition?

As far as vendors, I like to use Virginia Mustang and NPD. Other will chime in their favs. Sometimes I like to by pass the middle man and order straight from AMK as long as you know the correct bolts you need. Keep in mind they have a $30.00 minimum order so make sure you get everything in one shot. Not all vendors are 100% accurate either. Even AMK does not have the right head markings on some bolts but are close

I have selected some items for CJ Ponyparts, please, help me find if I'm missing parts to fix the mentioned items, thanks!.

do you mean to remove the overflow hose.?

Head markings are not correct on the inner fender bolts.  They might be generic ones.  Best bet would be to order from AMK directly after determining which style you need.

Take a look at this post and the head markings of the bolts.  Looks like you need tic marks and SEMS in the middle.  Once I get home I can send the AMK number in their catalog.
