So looking at my AMK catalog, the SEMS toothed bolts are item number B-11353 for an order of 50 in phosphate and oil and the double tic mark toothed washers are B-11774 for a 50 pack in phosphate. Best to figure out all the bolts you need before placing an order with AMK. If you look at bolts through NPD's website they normally have an AMK part number. Can just order directly from AMK. Make sure you double check finishes and head markings.
The two AMK Products stock numbers you reference are mostly used in 1967. They are for Ford part number 378178-S2 and are 1.0 inch long. What is needed is Ford part number 378156-S2 (7/8 inch) for 1966, about 56 each. If you use 378178-S2 on the hood hinge to the hood, or the auxiliary hood latch bar to the hood, the lead point of the bolt may make a "dimple" in the hood.

Not sure the battery hold down bolt is correct.  I think San Jose used something different:

Jeff can confirm the correct style used

I'm trying to get everything from one place since the shipping expenses are the most expensive.
Get this from CJ Pony Parts

My relatively untouched Oct 65 San Jose K Fastback (I know the two previous owners), and my not so pristine Oct 65 San Jose A code hardtop both used all tooth disc washer bolts for the hood hinges to hood and body. It's real easy to tell what was used, there are either marks of the external toothed washer or the tooth ring of the disc imprinted on the hinges. Mine are all toothed rings. My May 65 San Jose Fastback uses toothed washers.

There were two battery sizes available for 1966 Mustangs. Both had a flange at either end for attachment purposes, the RH end into a built in retainer on the battery tray, the LH end to a removable clamp. Does your battery have those flanges? There are fewer and fewer batteries sold with this flange. The clamp and bolt/clip you have pictured are the ones used for the larger optional battery, which is the one currently reproduced.
Not to flog a dead horse, all these items are depicted in the Mustang Assembly Manuals.

Are you aware that the fuel line clamps require a special tool to install? The quantities appear to be correct.
Have you contacted NPD for recommendations on shipping? They give a shipping break for a domestic $300 order. Also NPD has four stores in the USA which gives them a tremendous inventory to draw from.

Jim,

My battery is not original nor a reproduction, it's a Bosch S4 (see pic attached). There you can also see the clamp used. Some pics of how its mounted a correct concours battery will help.
Not sure of its size respect the two that were mounted on Mustangs.
No, I didn't know about the special tool  :-\
I'm not that domestic to get better shipping offers.! I'm in Spain, and once here, in Ibiza island, western Mediterranean.

I use the same type clamp on my cars as the batteries with the flange system are getting increasingly difficult and more expensive to find. I also have the factory mounts available for shows.
My point about shipping is that some American companies will work with you on overseas shipping. You need to contact them about their policies. NPD and Virginia Classic Mustang both have members on this forum and I hope they "chime" in on this conversation.
Look up NPD stock number 934-1 for the fuel line crimping tool. This type tool is the only one that works (well).

I have gradually moved away from CJ and moved to NPD  better service and nicer stuff.  The cost is usually cheaper too.  Call them with what you want, or email, and they will help you out!

DKutz, thanks for your post and recommendation.
Yes, at the moment I have a list in NPD with items to order, just waiting for some confirmations/details to get the right ones.!

Wow! You're tough with details.!! Cool..!!!

Think we're only catching/focusing on the larger or easier to see details  But your welcome and I'm sorry about flip/flopping on the fuel clamp issue   :'(

For the fender bolts, need to know size and quantity. Fenders take 6 on each side, plus the 6 by tower.? 24.?

Each side has the 6 at the top - 1 at the rear - 1 at the bottom - 2 up front and 2 between the front valance and the lower fender front edge. That is for one side and does not include the inner fender ones since those are different if you go by the other cars from your cars time period and plant

Ford replacement sticker, need to be removed, isn't it..?

IMHO yes

What to solve the automatic line cut.? Replace I suppose.! But difficult for me to do that..

Replace it - can't be repaired to look original at this point
