Thanks Jeff,

That matches with my trunk lid 5 26 3 marks.
Where should I look for the marks in the hood..?

Have you read my previous post for correct parts..?

Inner liner possibly down the drivers side rail or along the bottom rail towards the drivers side

- Believe that the radiator hose clamps were the tower style unlike the V8 style which used the new Pat Pending stapled wire clamps that year
How many clamps do I will need..?

For radiator hoses - 4 total

- Wire tyes and worm clamp on fuel line
which ones are the right ones..?

The two lines are held to the valve cover by a clip/retainer. There is at least one thread on the site discussion these and how hard the members have looked for them

The fuel line clamp is a pinch clamp line originally found on the flex line between the fuel pump and long fuel line that leads to the gas tank

- Any staples holding the radiator seal
any pic to identify it, sorry but I do not understand

In other thread ENG 10 - picture

- Condition and color of battery cables & solenoid. Stater cable plastic cover
are they the right ones.? (See pic)

Yes those will work

- Painted fender bolts and hood bumpers
see pic attached -    Inner fender bolts are these..?

As Chris responded they will likely not be the original head markings. Yours might be correct (ones on the car) just painted over and will need refinishing
Originals are shown in that other thread in Eng 2 SEMS on fenders and ticks on inner fender/spring cover

- Clear radiator overflow hose. Paper labels on radiator hoses
do you mean to remove the overflow hose.?

No find and buy a black rubber with a group of ribs running the lenght

- Air cleaner Ford replacement parts sticker.
its the one on the left from front view..?

Yes

- Automatic lower radiator hose short flexible lines and clamps plus radiator cap
radiator cap (see pic attached) OK, do not understand the first part

In the picture of your order it shows the style you currently have (radiator cap) rather than the one in the other thread

On the automatic transmission lines someone cut the lines and pieced them back together with flex hose and added clamps. Here is what the configuration was originally

- Battery hold down
ithis one on the pic attached the correct one.? Do I need extra parts to fix it.?

Yes with its attaching hardware/bolt and nut

- Pertonix ignition?
car has electronic starter I believe  :-\

Someone might have meant electronic ignition ;)  Just noticed the two wires from the dist to the coil as shown below

Think that is all of them

www.deadnutson.com has the correct overflow radiator hose.  Met Jack in January at Marcus' open house.  Nice guy and knowledgeable.

Wow! You're tough with details.!! Cool..!!!
So, these clamps for hoses, radiator and heater, 4 x radiator plus 2 for the heater.? Sizes..?
Clamps for fuel line are the ones from FoMoCo on picture..? Available..? How many.?
On pic ENG 10 you mean only these clamps should be there.?
For the fender bolts, need to know size and quantity. Fenders take 6 on each side, plus the 6 by tower.? 24.?
Radiator overflow hose, where can I find it..? Just a black hose will work.? Any pic..?
Ford replacement sticker, need to be removed, isn't it..?
What to solve the automatic line cut.? Replace I suppose.! But difficult for me to do that..
For the battery hold down.. I see there are some sizes, which one is the correct one.?

 :'( thanks Jeff

Josep,
In the library section of this forum you will find a section entitled Mustang Hardware Spreadsheet 64-66 that contains two spreadsheet files, MHW64-66AP02.xls and MHW64-66PN02.xls. The first one is sorted by application, or use, and has the part number, description and quantity of what is need to, or example, put a fender on a car. The second spreadsheet file is sorted by part number. A use for that is after you determine a part number for the fender bolt, you can see haw many other places it is used. Most of you questions are answered there including the hose clamps. If you get real serious about your car, I recommend you get a set of the Mustang Assembly Manuals. I know that your location may be expensive to ship items to, but these manuals can be very useful.

Head markings are not correct on the inner fender bolts.  They might be generic ones.  Best bet would be to order from AMK directly after determining which style you need.
And the disc lock washer is also incorrect. They should have "teeth" on the rim.

Hi Jim, thanks a lot for your great help.!
Regarding the Spreadsheets, looks complicate to me to find what I need because I really don't know the exact name nor the part for what I need. Will check with more time, but looks difficult for me.!

For the Assembly Manuals, which one would you think is better to start, the body one..? I am not intending to do changes in electricals, interior or engine, just check for correct parts and do the correction if I can. Some works are complicate for me to do.

Thanks

Try "FENDER,FR..." in file MHW64-66AP02.xls just to get orientated as to what to expect. You had a few questions about that area.

You need all the 66 manuals, Body, Electrical, Interior and Engine accessories plus the 64-65 Chassis. These manuals give you and me, plus anyone else, with them a common reference. You ask a question, the answer can be directed to a page most of the time. You can "see" the answer.

So looking at my AMK catalog, the SEMS toothed bolts are item number B-11353 for an order of 50 in phosphate and oil and the double tic mark toothed washers are B-11774 for a 50 pack in phosphate. Best to figure out all the bolts you need before placing an order with AMK. If you look at bolts through NPD's website they normally have an AMK part number. Can just order directly from AMK. Make sure you double check finishes and head markings.
