Did you get a picture?
I often run across service replacements that are neatly "stamped" into a short leaf that is not shaped like originals. Numbers often suggest that they were made in the mid to late 80's

I did not take a picture but I did write down all of the stampings:
C4ZA 5556 S
296E4
The S was much more heavily stamped and not straight into the metal like the rest of the stamps. It was as if the "S" stamp was leaning to the right hand side when struck. Both springs were identical.
