Any suggestions on how to remove the pumpkin from the housing? All the nuts are off and it is not budging. There was a lot of some kind of sealer around the edge between both surfaces and noticed they had forgotten to put the copper washers (and axle tag) back when they re-assembled it. There isn't much to pry on to pull it apart...
Ummm...don't forget to first remove both rear axles. The pumpkin won't come out with the axles installed.
Those have been out for a couple of weeks now While on the subject, what color is everyone using for the red oxide? It appears to be more orange red than a deep red per the pic with the bottom of the pumpkin with the 8 marking...

Does this look about right? Doesn't seem as red as others I've seen. The paint can is on the left
I used the PPG red oxide paint as suggested...Maybe need a different brand...
