Topic: 1968 S code driveshaft & differential colours & markings etc.

I've searched around and found some nice threads in this topic for others llike Shelby's, KR's etc but nothing right on the money for me.
Does anyone have the build sheet or correct colors / markings , or even better photos of the driveshaft, rear axle for a March 1968 390 GT?
Are the autos and manual's driveshafts marked differently?

My old driveshaft has the remnants of 3 stripes but hard to see anything really. mostly flaking paint and surface rust.
The diff has the tag (would you believe it, that sure surprised me!), but the plant number has been torn off.
Diff had the copper washers still under the nuts when I removed the 3rd member, and its the OEM 3.25:1 equa lok thingamijig. Needing a full rebuild, etc

Yes and they can change during a production year.

That's why you would need to include that info before anyone could answer your question and why so many just put all their car info in their signature rather than having to include it in every request they make here. And we will ask 

The rear end marking are a completely different subject but will still need some of the info to look those up

I suppose you have already detailed the third member correctly as well as the housing. If you might please post a picture of what your working with.

In any case March 14th 68' build, with C6 auto and 3.25 LS diff.
