This also on eBay right now, you'll never find a NOS, perfect, no scratches, AND screen printed like original examples anymore likely than searching by eye for a needle a 100 acre hay field after the hay has been cut down.

Buy a good used original core, have it rechromed & buy the Burton inserts...this is the EASY BUTTON on this part. It will be better than what these looked like new almost 50 years ago.

As well too expensive to buy one which needs to be rechromed and than to buy additionally a Burton insert.

Better to buy a complete Burton than, although not NOS. C7 numbers are hidden anyways.

I think we explained this and have already explained how to go about it the best way. There have been many core worthy units on Ebay. I have even put post up for this. Then I get blamed for "stealing" ( purchasing rocker moldings for a convertible that I contacted a US seller on the poster's behalf. ) I have a 1967 Shelby, there are no rocker moldings. Anyway, all the information is out there and covered in length. Ebay, OE. Vacuum Ornamental, replate. Buy Burton's aluminum inserts. You have a correct in appearance dash, and the best one currently available. There is no cheap way out of this. You're going to be in it a 1000.00 to do it right.

Burton makes a correct insert for a original bezel but the complete bezel has the wrong size and style turn indicators.

The bezel Burton uses also has a black camercase background behind the inserts, not to mention the issue with the left lower side where it meets the heater control. The thin chrome line that separates the two isn't present on ANY reproduction. I tried to short cut this and wound up going with all OE components, replate and inserts. All said and done was about 1,000.00.  The reproductions from Burton don't look that bad, but those of us who have studied the differences notice the small nuances. If you're doing a nice driver, the reproduction sets are fine.

However, I would have some doubt....at least about the money, even in the US.
With what you said it seems a little inconsistent to try for perfection on the dash bezel especially with other good alternatives and not on other visible areas. I would suggest compromise to even things out. It would most likely be much less money to rebuild the same 50 year old car to a superior level.
